Services
Seven disciplines. One team that does all of it.
We don’t hand work between departments. A single team carries an engagement from discovery to production, drawing on whichever of these the problem actually needs.
- Explore
Custom Software Development
Operational systems built around how your business actually runs: scheduling, dispatch, quoting, claims, compliance, whatever the spreadsheet is currently holding together.
- Explore
Web & Mobile Applications
Customer portals, field applications and internal tools with the interface quality of a consumer product and the reliability of infrastructure.
- Explore
Legacy Modernization
Incremental replacement of the systems that have become too risky to change and too central to retire, without a big-bang cutover.
- Explore
Cloud & Platform Engineering
Infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines and observability, so that shipping a change on a Tuesday afternoon is boring.
- Explore
Data Engineering & Analytics
Pipelines, warehouses and semantic models that make one number mean one thing across the entire company.
- Explore
AI & Applied Machine Learning
Narrow, evaluated AI aimed at a specific expensive task (document extraction, classification, forecasting, assisted drafting) with a human in the loop and a number attached.
- Explore
Systems Integration & APIs
ERP, WMS, EHR, CRM, EDI and the twenty other acronyms in your estate, connected reliably, with retries, idempotency and a real audit trail.
Choosing
Which one do you need?
Most people arrive with a symptom rather than a service name. Here’s the translation.
Custom Software Development
- “Our whole scheduling process lives in one spreadsheet, and one person understands it.”
- “We pay for a platform that does 60% of what we need and blocks the other 40%.”
- “Every new customer takes three weeks of manual setup that shouldn’t exist.”
Web & Mobile Applications
- “We rolled out the portal and customers still call us for status.”
- “Our field crews gave up on the app and went back to paper.”
- “It works, but it takes eleven clicks to do the thing we do most.”
Legacy Modernization
- “We can’t upgrade it and we can’t turn it off.”
- “The vendor we hired left it two-thirds finished and walked away.”
- “One person knows how the batch job works and he’s retiring.”
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- “We deploy on Saturday nights because that’s when we can afford to break things.”
- “Our cloud bill tripled and nobody can say exactly why.”
- “Staging doesn’t look anything like production.”
Data Engineering & Analytics
- “Finance and ops report different numbers for the same month.”
- “Our reports run overnight and are wrong by morning.”
- “Every question takes an analyst three days.”
AI & Applied Machine Learning
- “Four people spend their week retyping data from PDFs.”
- “We tried a chatbot and it confidently made things up.”
- “Our forecast is a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand.”
Systems Integration & APIs
- “Orders sometimes get created twice and nobody knows why.”
- “Our ERP and warehouse system disagree about inventory every day.”
- “We’re onboarding a partner and their EDI spec is from 1997.”
Whichever discipline the work turns out to be, it runs under one of four commercial structures, and we’ll recommend the smallest one that fits on the first call.
How engagements are structuredScope
What this division does, and where it stops.
Software that runs a business process: the application, the data behind it, and the integrations that keep it fed.
- Hardware & Instrumentation
- If the answer needs something physical in the room — a sensor, a kiosk, a reader, a gateway — that is the hardware division. We build the system that consumes what it produces; they deliver the device and the data up to the network boundary.
- IT & Managed Services
- We build and hand over software. Running your company's IT estate afterwards — the service desk, the endpoints, the network, the backups — is the IT division. `cloud-platform` here is the delivery platform for software we build for you, not management of the machines your staff log into.
- Cybersecurity
- Security is engineered into everything we build. Testing whether we succeeded is a separate practice on purpose: assessments, compliance evidence and incident response come from the cybersecurity division, so the people checking the work are not the people who did it.
Next step
Not sure which of these you need?
That’s normal, and it’s what the first call is for. Describe the symptom and we’ll tell you which discipline it actually is, or that it isn’t a software problem at all.
