The plant doesn’t stop because your software has an outage.

Manufacturing software has an unusual failure mode: it is often technically operational and practically ignored. Operators keep a paper log because the terminal takes too long, and the ERP’s inventory figure drifts from what is physically on the rack. We build for the floor first (fast, glove-friendly, offline-tolerant) because data that isn’t captured at the moment of work is data you don’t have. Our work sits in a specific place: above the control layer, beside the ERP. We are not your controls integrator, and we are not going to rebuild your ERP. We build the layer between them, as an application rather than as a screen inside the control platform.

  • ERP that doesn’t know what the floor knows

    Production reporting arrives in batches, hours late, hand-entered. Planning decisions are made against a picture of the plant that is already wrong.

  • Traceability that fails under pressure

    You can trace a lot, given two days and a spreadsheet. In a recall or a customer audit you have hours, and genealogy needs to be a query, not an investigation.

  • OT/IT boundary neglected

    PLCs and historians hold the ground truth, but getting it into business systems safely, without opening the control network, is nobody’s job title. A unified namespace helps and is not the finish line: publishing clean data is the tractable half, and the applications that were supposed to justify it are the half that stalls.

  • Maintenance that’s reactive by default

    You have sensor data and a CMMS, and no path between them. Unplanned downtime remains the largest controllable cost in the plant.

  • A screen inside the control platform, doing an application’s job

    A Perspective view or a no-code app is often the right answer, and when it is we will say so. What it cannot give you is a modern language and dependency stack, a test suite and pipeline that let someone change it safely in three years, per-person identity and an audit trail that survives a question about one record on one day, and a blast radius that stops short of the control network. When the thing you need holds all four, it has to live outside the platform.
