Agreement path
Open and overdue
-
Ask Marisol Trevino to extend the finance approval past the board meeting. It expires on 17 October and the cooperative's board does not sit until 12 November.
Marisol wants the board date in writing before she extends anything. Devin has it from the 4 September call and nobody has sent it on.
This month
-
Priya sent the liability cap redline to the cooperative's counsel and asked for the board's meeting date in the same message.
The cap sits at one year of fees, which matches what your board approved for the Beaverhead site. Tell me the date of the November meeting and I will hold the pricing to it.
-
Devin logged a call with the operations manager. The cooperative's board meets on 12 November, and nothing gets countersigned before then.
Sam cannot sign for crane hire on his own authority. He will put the schedule in front of the board on 12 November and expects a decision the same evening.
Devin raised the finance approval expiry on the call. Sam understood that a lapsed approval means the price is re-run rather than re-negotiated.
Earlier
-
The agreement moved from Pricing approved to Legal review.
-
Finance approved the margin at 22.4% and dated the approval 19 July, which puts its expiry on 17 October.
-
Devin filed the survey report for all nine nacelles. Two gearbox plates carry serial numbers the cooperative's register does not hold.

Design notes
- Shape of the page
- Salesforce's own record layout: a summary panel at the top, the stages across it, the detail in tabs, and related lists down the right. On a narrow screen those lists become a tab of their own, so only one of the two is ever on screen.
- What it leads with
- Sentences. The activity timeline is the record, and the fields are what those sentences refer to.
- Spacing
- Salesforce's defaults, unchanged. This is a screen a salesperson lives in, and its density is part of what makes it familiar.
- The one bold decision
- The stage bar has four states rather than three. One stage is waiting on an approval nobody on this screen controls, so it carries the warning colour, and the stage behind it names what it is waiting on.
- Where the colour comes from
- Every colour, corner, shadow and timing is Salesforce's own published set, taken from the system rather than sampled by eye.
- Readability, the main action
- White on the brand button measures 4.63:1, over the accessibility floor of 4.5, so the label holds at body size rather than being set larger to compensate.
- Readability, the edge of a control
- 3.07:1, over the floor of 3 an edge needs. Salesforce's lighter line, at 1.66:1, is left to do what it is good at: ruling between rows.
- One theme
- Light only. Inside Salesforce the theme belongs to the company running it rather than to any one screen, so this page does not invent a second one.
- Hover and click
- Every stage is something to click: choosing one changes the guidance panel, and choosing a completed one moves the record back. Each state darkens by the same amount under the pointer, so a hover never shows the colour of a different state.
- What we added
- Salesforce publishes how long its animations run but not how they ease, so the page uses a standard easing over the published timings.
